Once you're registered on the RUNN8 site, you will be able to login to the app using your email and password.

RUNN8 has selected licenced drivers from the community, closest to your location. Each driver is safety checked by the Ottawa police, drive tested in a simulated pick up and drop off, including emergency situational awareness. Both licences and insurance are confirmed and every car is safe and insured to drive your athletes.

Children can start using our shuttle services from the age of 11.

Yes, all cars are equiped with GPS and we have a on call dispatch in case of emergency.

Children over the age of 19 are no longer eligible for our shuttle service.

In the case of multiple kids from a single home using our service at the same time but going to different places, we would schedule each child individually, possibly in separate vehicles.

Yes, all passengers will be offered trunk space as a place to store all their items and equipment.

All drivers must submit a driver record along with a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC). Both checks must pass our standards in order to be eligible to drive for RUNN8.

The process takes roughly one-two months, from the time you apply to the time we can confirm you meet all the criteria and proces checkpoints only then would one be employed with RUNN8

Yes, all RUNN8 drivers must complete and successfully demonstrate a road test and a simutated pick up and drop off before being assigned any official routes. This is a vital component of our hiring process.

Yes, RUNN8 driver's can use multiple vehicles, as long as they each meet the vehicle verification requirements, have proper credentials and car insurance verified in advance by RUNN8. A driver's profile must always be up to date with the current vehicle being used to drive for RUNN8 before all pickups/drop offs.

Drivers choose which hours and days they're available, and are scheduled accordingly. Once successfully hired, Each driver will manage their schedule.

Call dispatch right away to provide a relief driver, as safety is our number one priority, we want to ensure all kids get to and from practice safely. Passengers must never be left unattended.

First call 911, and contact the RUNN8 dispatch via the application so Dispatch can connect with the necessary emergency contacts. Passengers must never be left unattended.
